A native of Aurora, NE, Trent graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2018 before moving to Cheyenne, WY. Trent and family enjoyed living close to the Rocky Mountains and spending lots of time in the great outdoors hiking, camping, and exploring. After a few years away, they decided to return to Lincoln.

 

Trent enjoys working in orthopedics to empower people in pain through education, movement, and exercise. He has extensive experience working with athletes and the active adult population, specifically treating a vast array of active duty Air Force and Army Guard members while in Cheyenne. He employs a very active rehab process, focusing on strength and conditioning and utilizing manual therapy techniques for pain management, specifically functional dry needling. He also has experience working with athletes and return to sport, aquatic therapy, BPPV/vertigo/vestibular rehabilitation, and post-operative spine therapy. Special interests include post-operative rehabilitation, specifically shoulders and knees.  Trent is also board certified in orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

 

Trent enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and kiddos Micah and Selah. You can find him enjoying craft beers and scotch whiskey, Colorado Avalanche hockey, video games, weightlifting, and all things Husker sports.
