• Trained in ASTYM and Stott Pilates.

LOPT was founded in 1982 by Roger Sand and Jake DeNell.  Roger is an active member of the Lincoln community.  He served Lincoln as a physical therapist, as an active member of his church, family and neighborhood.  Since retiring at the end of 2020, Roger remains involved at LOPT with mentoring, filling in at clinics to cover for vacations, mentoring and enjoying his grandchildren.
