Sharee was an avid athlete growing up in Lincoln, Nebraska. She then continued her love for sports and fitness through her career. She attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where she earned her Bachelor's in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver, Colorado. While working in Colorado for 4 years for a private practice sports clinic, she dedicated herself to understanding what it takes to rehabilitate an athlete from initial injury to return to sport at their peak performance. She has worked with high school, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes in multiple disciplines from team sports to individual competitions, specializing in adolescent athletes. She has also enjoys working with general outpatient orthopedic conditions and understanding what it takes for the everyday individual to return to pain-free daily activities and work duties.
Sharee is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-Orthopedics section and is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She is also certified in level 1 functional dry needling through KinetaCore and blood flow restriction (BFR) through Owens Recovery. She is also certified in taping through RockTape.
In her free time, Sharee enjoys participating in recreational team sports such as volleyball, pickleball, softball, and basketball, as well as individuals activities such as biking, golfing and snowboarding. She also loves to spend time with her husband and dog.
