Mike
Perillo
PT, DPT

Mike originally from the West Coast graduated from Washington State University in 2005 (GO COUGS!!) earning a degree of science in psychology, he lived with his Grandmother and Great Grandmother in Mesa AZ while achieving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in 2009. Following graduation he worked in Arizona for 5 years, where he was lucky enough to intern with the Angels Minor League System during Spring Training while working throughout the greater Phoenix area. That was until his A.T. Still University sweetheart, now wife (from David City, NE)  convinced him that the "Good Life" was the best place to raise a family, leading them to Ashland, Nebraska.  Centrally located between Omaha and Lincoln, Mike has been working in both cities waiting for the moment he could make an impact to the community he calls home, joining LOPT at our Ashland Clinic in 2024.

Mikes view on physical therapy takes the path to recovery from your impairment into perspective. He worked for several years in a setting with patients recovering from acute traumatic injuries and illness, so he understands the road traveled to finally enter our doors for some of our patients is a triumph in and of itself.

When he is not reminding his patients to do their home exercises or singing graduation songs as they finally achieve their goals at LOPT, Mike can be found mountain biking Platte River State Park, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and running with his 2 year old dog. He is passionate about youth sports and enjoys coaching his 11 year old sons baseball and soccer teams as well as his 8 year old daughters soccer team along with his wife, both of whom help run the Ashland Greenwood Soccer League.
