Garrett graduated from Doane University in 2018 with a degree in exercise science and minor in biology. During his time in college he participated in basketball and worked as a tech at a local PT clinic. He went on to earn a doctorate of physical therapy degree in 2022 from Creighton University.  Garrett has had the interest of becoming a physical therapist since he was in high school as he was once a patient himself and observed the positive outcomes physical therapy can provide to people of all ages.

Garrett values educating patients and motivating them to take an active role in their health.  He also likes to stay up to date on the most current research regarding physical therapy treatment and will continue to learn from the experiences of himself, his peers, and his patients. 

In his free time, Garrett enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his fiancé (who he met in PT school). He also enjoys biking, lifting weights, golfing, shooting hoops, reading, and supporting the Creighton Bluejays.
