Blake is a 2016 graduate of Southeast Community College where he earned his Associate Degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Upon graduation, Blake spent a year working in home health and then continued his career in outpatient care.

Blake is a native of Hastings Nebraska where he attended high school and participated in sports.  His desire to become a PTA stems from sustaining injuries and being a patient himself.  

Outside of work, Blake enjoys playing sports, spending time with his wonderful wife, and chasing his two boys around.
