Connor grew up in Yankton, SD. During highschool he loved being active and participating in soccer. He went on to graduate from the University of Kansas in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at the University of Kansas, Connor had the opportunity to work in the college strength and conditioning setting and continues to implement foundational strength and conditioning principles with all of his patients.  In 2022, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University.

Connor is passionate about staying up to date with research and applying the best available evidence to help patient's reach their goals. In addition, his background in strength and conditioning helps ensure each patient is given exercises that are specific to their needs and function. He hopes that each patient leaves feeling educated, empowered and resilient.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, and their son, Dominic. In his free time, Connor enjoys olympic weightlifting, reading, playing chess and being overly competitive in board games.
