Spencer
Wagner
PT, DPT

Spencer graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2026. Prior to attending UNMC, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2023. Spencer grew up in Omaha where he played baseball and football and Millard South High School. An ACL injury sustained during a football game, followed by his own rehabilitation journey, started his journey towards becoming a physical therapist and ignited his passion for helping patients overcome their own adversity.

Spencer enjoys treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, helping each individual return to the activities they enjoy most. Through his clinical rotations, he has gained valuable experience treating post-surgical patients, individuals with vestibular disorders and balance impairments, and a broad range of orthopedic diagnoses. He is passionate about providing optimal, personalized care to help patients meet their goals and return to their daily routines.

Outside of work, Spencer values spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys being physically active, including weightlifting, golf, and participating in any sporting event. He also enjoys watching all sports, especially cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
